I have heard a story from a reliable source, that a scientist he knows told him and interesting story about the Black Knight satellite changed it's orbital path briefly in 2017.
It's new orbital path around the Earth m allowed it to maximize its exposure to Oumuamua, the interstellar object, believed by Harvard and other Astrophysicist to be a spacecraft because it movement ignored known orbital mechanics and it acted as if it was under intelligent control.
There was also an unknown signal picked up by several satellites and the ISS.
Black Knight slipped back into its polar orbit path with a slight difference that put it in a maximum line of sight 2 years later with Mars and more pricely the second interstellar object 2I/Borisov near our Martian neighborn in 2019. He said that there was no report about a signal.
But interestingly, the ISS backup storage hard drives were wiped with a loss of the scientific data for a couple months around 2I/Borisov visit and observation.
My friend said that the loss of a few months of space observational and science data was believed to be caused by click in the hard drives hardware update just prior to the backup loss. The original main storage drives were removed by NASA astronauts visiting the station.
The Black Knights orbit does act strange at times, sometimes it in one polar orbit, then found in another, sometimes they can't track it and even weirder sometimes it changes orbital speed without losing altitude above sea-level which is rare since speed directly affects altitude all Manmaid objects in Earth orbits from the ISS and Moon Missions to screws and wrenches from space walks.
Recently NASA said there is many objects UAP/UFOs then changed it a few days later saying there was known. Regardless of declassified records from NASA showing it a very active non human object flying around the Earth. So much for NASA Charter to make and share discoveries.
Would love to borrow one of those ARV Alien Reproductive Vehicles that declassified files keeps proving as well as hundreds of whistle blowers, and land it "The Day The Earth Stood Still" style right in front of NASA building and let them call it swamp gas.
